Introducing Martinique New York on Broadway, Curio Collection by Hilton, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of New York City. With a prime location, this hotel offers convenience to subways and easy access to various vibrant neighborhoods. The pleasant and helpful staff provide a warm welcome to guests, ensuring a comfortable stay. The well-equipped fitness center and the presence of fridges in the rooms add to the convenience of the guests. Although the rooms may be compact, they are on par with other hotels in this price range. However, it is important to note a resort fee of $40 per day, which some guests find excessive. The hotel's restaurant offers satisfactory dining options, but guests may prefer exploring the diverse culinary scene in NYC instead. Despite this issue, Martinique New York on Broadway is highly recommended for its overall experience.

**Review of Martinique Hotel** I recently stayed at the Martinique Hotel, and while the experience was not without its flaws, there were certainly some standout aspects worth mentioning. First and foremost, the hotel's antique charm is undeniable. From the grand staircase to the classic décor, it's a photographer's dream. However, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing construction, which unfortunately obstructed the view from our room windows with scaffolding. This was disappointing, as it detracted from the overall ambiance. Despite this setback, the small size of the hotel added to its charm, giving it a cozy and intimate feel. The retiring doorman, who shared his plans to move to North Carolina, added a personal touch to our stay, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. The lobby was another highlight, providing a comfortable space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the subway made it convenient for getting around, and the 20-minute walk to Times Square offered a chance to take in the bustling city streets. One unexpected delight was the brunch we enjoyed across the street at The Herald restaurant. The food was excellent, and it added to the overall positive experience of our stay. In conclusion, the Martinique Hotel may have its quirks, but its classic charm and friendly staff make it a worthwhile choice for those seeking a unique New York City experience.

Oh my, class and comfort. If I’m right it’s an historic building in the most central downtown location you could ask for. We never took a cab, except one night in the rain. Oddly, the hotel adds $40 to each day of your stay, which can then be used to purchase things in the hotel. There is a cozy bar and restaurant and a great little coffee store, so it’s not hard to spend it though😳Our room was nice and the beds comfy wasn’t large by some standards and the bathroom was pretty small with very little closet space and no dresser. I had to add negative comments as our stay was so very nice, but y’all want to know the whole story, right 😉 Well, the check-in desk couldn’t get their %@!# together. Our rooms were not ready when we checked in at the time they were advertised. In fact, it took over an hour to finally get all of us into our three rooms. Disappointing too, because they weren’t together. In addition, my friend in another room, was charged for half hers (correct) AND my entire room. She thought this was fixed by the guy at front desk, but then she said as charged for all of her room though half had been paid by her roommate. She finally got it straight, then I discovered I have an appointment report on my billing.

The rooms were small, but the beds are comfortable and the room is cozy. The hotel lobby is beautiful. Also, a good location very close to time square and Macy’s. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also really good. Good service and good drinks. Unfortunately, the hotel service was not up to par. I am a diamond member and asked for any available upgrades but was told at the front desk there are no upgrade available. I did look on the app afterwards and noticed many rooms were available. Based on the service quality of the hotel, I definitely would not recommend this property. There are many other options in the areas that would be more appreciative of your business.

I booked a trip to NY as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. I did extensive research on hotels before selecting The Martinique. I especially choosed the hotel for the size of the room and booked a double. However, when we reached we were told to have the smallest (!!) room in the hotel and were offered an upgrade for 100 a day. I refused and told the receptionist that I especially booked a regular double bed and showed him the pictures from my booking. He didn’t wanted to give us any other room. Furthermore we have been charged an additional 240$!!! What for?! As far as I was informed the tourist fee is 40 a day - which would be for 3 nights no 240. Ridiculous.

Nice hotel, rooms are nice. Bed sheets should be better, they don’t even put a duvet cover. Just a duvet between two loose sheets. When we arrived, the receptionist were taking FOREVER to get anything done. Once Alan T. finished up with a …

Very disappointed in this hotel. To begin with, our initial room was facing the south, towards 32rd St. The entire southern facade of the building is under construction, and builders were jack hammering the stone directly outside our window …

Rude, terrible and unacommidating service. My friend’s flight delayed and he could not be reached in the air. The front desk and bag people would not hold my bag for 30 minutes so I could go eat. I was logged onto our Hilton app under his …
